Another cold morning. The guys worked through the ice.

After three weeks it is startinger to some togeth
Working around the ice
Everything was done without any heavy equipment. t
The customer opted for all vertical sheeting.
The sheeting was the upgraded 26 gauge option
Still missing a porch
All of this was done on site with only a crew of four!
The customer opted for the 54,000 psi 12 gauge frame.
We are dividing a number of rooms.
The garage is going to have a metal interior wall in the same color.
3 truck loads of materials in all
This will be under the front porch
trimming the doors on the 4 car garage.
Rolls and rolls of vapor barrier, radiant barrier and R15 insulation.
Our guys are regular acrobats.
Everything is cross braced and on 4 foot centers to allow for easy dry walling down the road.
Did we mention there were 1000's of tons of dirt and rock brought in and hundreds of trees removed to make the pad. Thanks Sol!
To think just a few days ago this was bare.
Were really starting to roll along now
So far we have avoided snow but the forcast is bad, so the guys are working longer days to beat the weather.
This is what 35,000 brackets look like.

t a 3 week project measuring 68x80 with a full wrap around porch.
3 truck loads of materials are arriving.
The guest house is about to begin! When the framers measured the concrete it was with an 1/8 of inch across 80 feet.
Includes a 4 car 1200 square foot garage
The living quarters side is a 1680 square foot home with 3 bed rooms.
Plans were made for more than 40 custom windows.
We were able to do a complete digital walk through with the customer before a single piece was layed
